Any arts review by a Los Angeles based publication is good news - it means an artist has been noticed.
Well, here is great news, The Daily News, Los Angeles wrote that Adam Cohen is a very talented guy.
And Adam will be playing in Hollywood this week for two nights.

Adam Cohen
"Like a Man"
Decca 1/2
There's no mistaking this Canadian singer-songwriter's provenance. Like his father, Leonard, Adam Cohen has a poet's aching insight into the war called love. Furthermore, his arrangements feature low-note guitar strumming, judiciously deployed strings and organ flourishes, sighing-angel female choirs and even Dad's harmony partner Jennifer Warnes. The uncharitable might say the big difference is that Adam actually has a pleasant singing voice - but there's no mistaking where his baritone comes from, either. A fairer observation is that Adam's lyrics aren't quite Leonard class, but it's also accurate to note, whose are? A very talented guy, Cohen plays the Hotel Cafe in Hollywood Tuesday and Wednesday.
