In my Oct 22 post, Leonard Cohen FRIENDS On The Go (1 & 2), I was unable to identify the second Leonard Cohen FRIEND (above).
Super sleuth, Dr HGuy aka Dr Heck of www.1heckofaguy.com solved the mystery and kindly sent this:
That is Janice Forsyth who had a show on BBC Scotland that apparently ended the day that photo was taken. She played a batch of "goodbye songs" on that show, including Leonard Cohen's "That’s No Way To Say Goodbye "
